Adorable off shoulder dress from Japan by designer Lily Brown. This dress features a waffle weave textured fabric and full lining, elastic waist and top, artistic flowers all over in a painted effect, top ruffle, arm holes and removable and adjustable straps.
The size indicator on this garment says size "F" which means "free size" in Japan. This is a small dress and I believe it would fit SMALL.
The waffle weave fabric does not stretch; however, elastic on the waist and top allows for varying sizes.
