Passementerie by Françoise Héron, first issued in 1960. The scarf has been re-issued several times due to its popularity, and this one appears to be a fairly early edition judging by the copyright and care label. There are several very faint marks. The white background is dull, and I think the scarf has probably been well used and washed several times. The navy borders have some white streaky marks which are age-related. These flaws are shown in the last eight photos.
